Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds at this stage however we can offer a store credit if your item(s) is returned within the time frame above and meets the criteria.

If your return is accepted,  we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It's the sender's responsibility to cover any return shipping costs, we are also not liable for returns that are lost in transit it's the sender's responsibility to ensure that the item is sent with tracking and arrives safely

Warranty

All footwear is covered by a 6 month warranty from date of purchase.
All clothing is covered by a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase.
The original receipt must be provided.
A product will only be replaced one time under the warranty.

Whiskey and Wildflower products purchased at full price are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will send the item to the supplier with your purchase receipt at our discretion. If damage occurs due to normal or extended wear, an accident, improper care or negligence on the part of the owner, it is deemed as general wear and tear and will unfortunately will not be deemed as a warranty.  

Our warranty does not cover tears, rips, or snags caused to the fabric, as these are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless you received it that way, in which our 14-day guarantee would apply. Warranty work will only be considered with proof of purchase from Whiskey and Wildflowers. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as jewellery, underwear, body and hair products due to hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 shipping for all Australian domestic orders. If you would like shipping outside of Australia, please contact us at hello@whiskeyandwildflowers.com.au before placing your order. 

We post all orders via Australia Post, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

We aim to have all orders posted within 1-2 days of the order being placed, please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains, we will do our best to avoid any delays.

Shipping times will depend on your location, We post our orders from Weipa, a remote fishing town in the far north of Queensland, you’ll get your order faster if you live down the street from us than if you live in Sydney, so please be patient with us!

At this stage, we only ship Australia wide. If you would like shipping outside of Australia, please contact us at hello@whiskeyandwildflowers.com.au before placing your order. 

Australia Post estimates your parcel to arrive within 3-4 business days of your parcel being shipped, unfortunately, any shipping delays are out of our control.

Local Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Heritage Shopping Centre, Weipa, QLD.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions, so just hold off until you have received the email. 

Items On Sale

Thank you for choosing carefully when items are on sale. Sale items are not be able to be refunded, exchanged or returned for store credit. 

Discount codes over 24%

If you choose to apply a discount code which is over 24% it is classed as an item on sale and therefore we will not be able to refund, exchange or give you store credit. Thank you for your understanding. 

What happens if you are sent the wrong item?
